Shipping and return policy
During the ordering process you can choose to pick up your order. Your order will be packed for you in a nice cute shopping bag. If you have chosen to pick up your order, you can send us a message or call us so that we can make an appointment for picking up your order.

- The packages can be picked up at the nearest post office in case of absence of the recipient after an unsuccessful delivery attempt

Netherlands 1-2 dagen
Europe 2-5 dagend
Worldwide 10-12 dagen
In the checkout you will find the shipping fee to your country. Be aware when you live outside of Europe it is possible that you need to pay duane fee!
Reflection and return
"You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have a further 14 days to return your product after cancellation. If you return the entire order, any shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are at the customer's expense. See the exact rates on your carrier's website. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all the accessories supplied and if reasonably possible in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registration of your return provided that the product has already been returned in good order."
NOTE: From a hygienic point of view, you can only return our products containing hair (such as wigs, hairpieces and lashes)
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it may happen that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim warranty. Legally, you are required to report this to us within two months of the report of the defect. If the defect is within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing email@example.com
